All orders are subject to product availability. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and factors outside our control.
Delays & Carrier Issues
PASSA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, our support team will gladly assist you in investigating the matter.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible at support@houseofpassa.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. PASSA cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
