Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return or refund, even if only tested or lightly sprayed.
All returns require proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@houseofpassa.com within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Any item returned without prior authorization will be refused.
Return Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if:

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
